COVID - 19 UPDATE
The Arizona Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery Foundation has been notified by Desert Diamond Casino & Hotel that we will no longer be able to host the 5th Anniversary Dinner & Auction on November 06, 2021, due to COVID-19 restrictions. As such, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2021 5th Anniversary Dinner & Auction Event. Having spent the last twelve months preparing, we are genuinely disappointed. We want to thank all sponsors, donors, and those that purchased tickets for your support.
However, there are still several ways to show your support:

#1 Let Us Know If You’d Like to Donate Your Ticket
Since the 5th Anniversary Dinner & Auction is canceled, you can choose to donate the cost of your ticket to benefit the Foundation. All donations are tax-deductible, and you will be provided a tax-deductible donation receipt. If you would prefer to receive a refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating you wish to be refunded, and indicate the number of tickets purchased and your refund will be processed immediately.
#2 Score Something Awesome in Our Online Silent Auction
As part of the planned event, we received several generous donations for the silent auction. Since we can’t host it in person, we will be hosting an online auction from November 1st thru November 30th. Winners will be notified on December 1st. Click the link to see the available auction items.
#3 Help Us Raise Money
We continue to pursue our mission to raise funds for the beautification of the Arizona Veterans' Memorial Cemetery at Marana, as a final resting place for veterans and their families. We have several projects in the works over the next twelve months. All donations are tax-deductible per IRS laws. The AVMC Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization, registered with the IRS.

We could not accomplish our mission without the support, generosity, and enthusiasm of our members. Becoming a member not only means you get to be involved in the Foundation’s activities and project planning but that you get to add your voice to increase awareness for veteran causes.

Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate you wish to receive a refund. Also note in your email the number of tickets you'd like to have refunded. All refunds will be processed immediately.
HOW DO I DONATE THE VALUE OF MY TICKET IF I DON'T WANT A REFUND?
Please send an email to email@example.com and indicate you wish to donate the value of your ticket and we will send you a formal donation receipt.
WHEN WILL THE ONLINE SILENT AUCTION BE AVAILABLE?
